- Support communications — messages you send us by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp.

We use your information to operate and secure the Software, activate and manage your license, process your subscription, respond to support requests, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Your content
The videos and projects you create with StudioASMR PRO belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use your projects to train models.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. Your full card details are processed securely by those providers and are not stored by us directly.
5. Cookies
Our public website is designed to work without tracking you. When you sign in to your account dashboard, we use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in. Essential cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be turned off within the app.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate StudioASMR PRO (such as payment processing and hosting), and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Software, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.
